The 4,678-seat theatre is booked more than 300 nights out of the year. An impressive range of events from Broadway to concerts to operas, ballets and movies continue to attract nearly 750,000 visitors per year. In addition, the Fox is host to wedding receptions, trade shows, corporate meetings and association functions in its fabulous ballrooms, lounge, and outdoor terrace. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit arts organization, the Fox Theatre stands today as a fiercely protected landmark and a nationally acclaimed theatre. The Fox Theatre is located at 660 Peachtree Street NE, Atlanta, GA 30308.

Job Description: The Ticket Operations Coordinator’s purpose is to ensure successful operations of the Fox Theatre Ticket Office. To provide administrative and technical support and ensure proactive and timely customer relations that aligns with the Fox Theatre brand.

Responsibilities:
• Assist the Ticket Office Manager with the day-to-day operations of the Ticket Office including creating financial reports such as event statements, daily recaps and event settlements.
• Respond to and resolve guest service questions and inquiries from phone calls, online forms, front of house and all departments.
• Assist the Ticket Office Manager with managing the ticket inventory including creating show builds according to promoter specifications, building ticket offers and discounts, managing inventory, setting up pre-sales, on-sales, and fan club offers, and providing reports as needed
• General office administration and communications to include, but not be limited to monthly statistics, ordering of supplies.
• Log and report all guest service communications and ADA requests in the CRM System.
• Coordinate with all departments to ensure that internal and external guest ticketing needs are being met and exceeded.
• Serve as liaison for guests with disabilities in regards to ticket purchases and access to ticket distribution systems.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
• Minimum Associates Degree from a post-secondary education institution preffered.
• Minimum 2-3 years experience working in a ticketing environment.
• Experience with conducting financial reconciliations, statements and reporting.
• Extensive experience working with ticketing software (preferably TicketMaster and Paciolan systems) and Microsoft Office Products.
• Experience working in an environment where customer service is a priority.
• Demonstrated competencies in the areas of oral and written communications, customer service and business ethics are required.
Note: This position functions in an event-driven environment which requires working nights and weekends.
